Product Features:
1. The material handling system is equipped with a CNC-controlled clamping carriage powered by high-performance servo motors, ensuring fast workpiece feeding together with exceptional positioning precision and repeatability throughout the entire machining process.
2. Three high-speed BT40 precision spindle units are configured to simultaneously process all three faces of H-beam sections. Supporting carbide drilling with internal coolant delivery and spindle speeds of up to 3,000 rpm, the system provides outstanding drilling performance, superior hole quality, and efficient chip evacuation through an integrated chain-type chip conveyor.
3. The machine incorporates an advanced Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) cooling system that supports both internal and external coolant supply. Each spindle assembly is equipped with an independent external coolant nozzle and an internal coolant interface, allowing operators to select internal cooling, external cooling, or combined cooling modes according to different machining requirements.
4. An optional Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system is available to perform fully automatic tool replacement without manual intervention, significantly reducing setup time, minimizing idle cycles, and increasing overall machining productivity.
5. An optional hydraulic CNC disc marking system can be integrated into the equipment. Powered by a precision servo motor, the marking disc automatically indexes among 36 selectable characters, enabling rapid, accurate, and consistent identification marking for structural steel components.
6. Automatic scribing and tapping functions eliminate traditional manual layout procedures. The scribing unit accurately produces welding reference lines on both H-beam flanges and webs, while the tapping function directly machines threaded holes on structural members, improving machining accuracy, reducing manual labor, and enhancing production efficiency.
7. Throughout material feeding and machining operations, workpiece lifting, lateral positioning, clamping, locking, and release are all hydraulically controlled. This fully hydraulic workholding system ensures secure material positioning, excellent machining stability, and dependable operational reliability during continuous production.
8. The control platform integrates an industrial computer with a PLC-based CNC system utilizing premium components supplied by internationally recognized manufacturers. Multiple programming methods are supported, while machining data generated from AutoCAD, TEKLA Structures, DXF, and DSTV files can be imported directly, simplifying programming procedures and improving production management efficiency.
